Woven into the process was Discovery's ability to construct a project capital budget, facilitate draw requests and disbursements, maintain variance budgets throughout the construction period, manage and negotiate change orders, and help structure the service contracts with the general contractor, civil engineer, architect, etc. in a way that minimized risk for Holten Meat and incented all of the above to provide high quality work product at competitive pricing levels.
